A quick history of Comic Sans, the most wrongly used font ever

Excellent 10min presentation every frontend developer should see. Yes, even if you never touched Photoshop and never chose a font, ESPECIALLY then you should watch this.

Comic Sans ist the most hated font in the world, because to totally unknown reasons people without a amateur or professional design background tend to use this font whenever possible, despite it’s obviously the most ugly and unprofessional one they could chose.

Why do managers of high-class companies decide to print their business cards in a font that is obviously made for children books, even if they could chose from thousands of highly professional looking ones ? Why do organizations that represent anti-cancer medicine or law enforcement services to create their logos in the most ugly font ever ? Why do even most upper class restaurants print their menu lists in the most unfitting font ?
