[FREE SERVER PROMO] Install GHOST for free on a free SSD server with this coupon

PreviousNext
Ghost

A little off-topic, but highly interesting: In April 2013 the former User Interface Head of WordPress (and WordPress expert) John O’Nolan started a Kickstarter campaign to fund the creation of a new open-source blogging software, something that corrects everything WordPress has made wrong. GHOST is exactly that. GHOST was funded with 8x (!) more than the original goal, and the result is a beautiful, extremely lightweight, extremely fast and entirely in JavaScript written (!) software with a node.js server in the “backend”. A few days ago, GHOST was released to the public, and this will definitly become the new WordPress (and node.js will btw definitly be interesting for every PHP developer).

GHOST blogging platform server

Everybody should try this out. As the node.js-installation might be difficult for PHP people, DIGITALOCEAN offers a totally free one-click-installation on a totally free SSD server.
